Responsibilities
Strategy & Alignment: Work with internal and external stakeholders to shape marketing plans that support wider business objectives.
Campaign Delivery: Create and run multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, search, and traditional media to drive acquisition and retention.
Analytics: Track performance, report key metrics to leadership, and use insights to guide continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop junior marketing staff as the function expands.
