Management Accountant - £250 per day - Reading - Hybrid- ongoing temporary role
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Perform detailed cost analysis and provide commentary to support business decisions
* Monitor and analyse financial performance across departments
* Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights and reporting
* Assist with internal and external audits
* Continuously improve reporting processes and financial controls
* Ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
* Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
