Assistant SENCO | The Role
As our Assistant SENCO, you will support the SENCO in ensuring that pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the best possible support.
You will help identify needs, coordinate interventions, maintain accurate records, liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies, and promote inclusive teaching practices throughout the school.
Assistant SENCO | Professional Development
Practical skills to align SEND strategies with school improvement plans.
Expertise in managing projects, coaching, mentoring, and team collaboration.
Expert guidance from experienced SEND professionals.
Invitations to SEND CPD on topics such as dyslexia, autism, trauma, and more.
