The Role
* True 360 recruitment – win business, manage clients, deliver candidates
* Build and grow your own specialist desk
* Work on high-value, large-scale projects across engineering & infrastructure
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years recruitment experience
* Experience in one of the following is a big advantage:
o Power & energy
o Infrastructure or high-volume workforce mobilisation
* Commercially sharp, money-motivated and driven to succeed
* Confident communicator – a proper phone-first recruiter
* Someone who wants to build a career, not just do a job
