Your Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Group Manager to ensure the smooth running of operations at Chartwells. This is a full-time position, contracted for 40 hours per week. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality work. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the efficient management of contracts to ensure top-notch food and beverage services.
* Build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Plan resources effectively to deliver first-class service.
* Manage recruitment, development, and training of team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Meet financial budgets and run operations in line with income and cost targets.
Who You Are
Our ideal Manager will possess:
* Previous experience in contract catering.
* A proven track record of leading teams to deliver results.
* Experience in growing sales and retaining business.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and engage teams.
* Capability to liaise with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
* A quality-driven mindset focused on delivering results.
* Compliance with company policies and procedures.
* IT literacy (MS Office, Email).
