The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to help create a positive, engaging environment where young learners can thrive. Responsibilities: • Provide general in-class support for Reception pupils. • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging learning activities. • Support classroom management and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere. • Prepare resources and contribute to creating an organised learning space. • Encourage independence, confidence, and participation among young learners. Requirements: • Experience working with early years or primary-aged children. • A patient, compassionate approach and strong communication skills. • Right to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate required). • Valid proof of address (Driving Licence, utility bill, or bank statement). • Referee details (Character references accepted if you lack formal experience). • A child-only DBS (support available if you need to apply).
