Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to lead and manage our care home unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and proven leadership experience in a care home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home unit
* Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations
* Lead, support, and manage nursing staff effectively
* Maintain accurate records and manage administrative duties
Requirements:
* Valid RGN or RMN registration
* Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a permanent care home role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Only candidates with permanent care home experience will be considered
