Job Title: Regional Project Surveyor
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects within our housing portfolio, ensuring properties are safe, secure, and thriving homes for residents. The Regional Project Surveyor will oversee asset management, project-managing planned maintenance, refurbishment, development, and adaptation projects, while ensuring statutory compliance in areas such as gas, fire, water, electrical, and asbestos safety.
Location: North East, Yorkshire & East Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead diverse projects from planning to completion, showcasing leadership and expertise.
2. Conduct Stock Condition Surveys to identify improvements and develop innovative solutions.
3. Build strong relationships with contractors, ensuring high standards of work.
4. Ensure statutory safety compliance, safeguarding residents' well-being.
5. Innovate processes, improve data management, and enhance service delivery.
Candidate Profile: A dynamic, highly skilled surveyor with project and contract management experience, autonomous, detail-oriented, and motivated by positive social impact.
