Who You Are An experienced children's social worker with a passion for supporting children through their adoption journey. You are someone who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and can work collaboratively with various stakeholders. What the Job Involves You will work alongside FAST colleagues to manage cases that may lead to adoption. Your responsibilities will include writing Child Permanence Reports and Placement Order reports for review by the Agency Decision Maker and the court. You will support children in care with adoption plans by conducting statutory visits and reviews, finding and matching families, and aiding through to the adoption order. You will also complete lifestory books, later in life letters, and cooperate with birth family members. The role may require travel as children can be placed out of the county.
