CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an HR Business Partner for a 10-month fixed-term contract based in Southampton, Hampshire. Reporting to the Site HR Manager and supporting approximately 150 employees across key manufacturing operations, this role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, driving people strategy, talent initiatives, and employee engagement during a period of change and growth. What will the HR Business Partner role involve? Partner with manufacturing leaders to deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retention Lead succession planning, talent development, and career progression initiatives to build a future-ready workforce Manage employee relations cases, advising managers on complex matters and ensuring compliance with UK employment law Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and onboarding to attract and retain talent Deliver engagement and inclusion programmes, fostering a positive workplace culture Administer annual pay reviews, training compliance, and benefits processes Lead and support HR projects, including change management and process improvement initiatives Suitable candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience within a manufacturing or complex operational environment Strong knowledge of employment law, e...
