Our nursery boasts onsite woodlands, small groups and a family run nursery.We are looking for someone passionate about high quality childcare and someone who enjoys being outside.We are looking for qualified staff who have their level 2 (would like to work towards your level 3) or 3.The position is based on:Four to five days per week of shifts 7:50am-6:00pm all year round for qualified staff.Please contact us to come and have a look round our wonderful setting.THE ROLE:An Early Years Practitioner is a qualified childcare professional with responsibility for caring for children and maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment.They are warm and responsive individuals who work flexibly and effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.An enhanced DBS check is required by Little Harriers Ltd before any employment can be started.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:To be involved with the planning of Early Years Foundation Stage planning in your room, ensuring it is up-to-date and followed each day.To provide developmentally appropriate activities for the children in your care, considering and respecting Montessori philosophy and activities at all times.To ensure the individual needs of the children in your care are recognised and met.To liase and work with all parents in a professional manner at all times.
