Our frameworks cover every stage of running a successful gym from lead generation and onboarding to retention, team building, and leadership.
Were looking for a Growth Specialist with hands-on experience in the fitness industry ideally someone who has owned or managed a small-group training facility.
Youll use your in-the-trenches experience to coach other gym owners, helping them avoid common pitfalls, build strong systems, and grow their businesses.
Run weekly coaching and accountability calls with clients.
Provide written and video follow-ups (Loom, Docs) to reinforce action steps.
Support clients in implementing their 4-week front-end acquisition systems.
Keep clients engaged and motivated via calls, WhatsApp groups, and community initiatives.
Work with the Gym Grow leadership team to refine frameworks and coaching tools.
Provide feedback from the field to improve how we support gyms.
Excellent communicator and coach confident on video, calls, and written updates
Passionate about helping others succeed in the fitness industry.
Full-time role with flexible hours (within 95 UK).
100% remote work from anywhere.
Friday afternoons off (4.5-day work week).
