About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced "Quality Inspection Officer" to ensure full compliance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead compliance with CHAS, SafeContractor, ISO standards, and public sector procurement frameworks.
* Secure and maintain essential trade-specific accreditations for public sector contracts.
* Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing works, verify quality, and resolve issues promptly.
* Produce detailed job completion reports and perform root cause analysis on repeated faults.
* Develop and implement worker protocols and standard operating procedures.
* Manage parts ordering verification to ensure accuracy and cost control.
* Build strong relationships through client meetings and proactive stakeholder engagement.
* Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with EaseFix’s service scope.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* 5 years of relevant work experience
* Degree or professional certification in Quality Management, Health & Safety, or Compliance.
* Recognised H&S qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
* Proven track record managing CHAS, SafeContractor, ISO, and public sector compliance.
* In-depth knowledge of UK legislation & standards in construction/property and transport sectors.
