Two roles available: Business Support Clerk: General office admin: filing, mail, photocopying Data input, reporting, word processing Diary management & meeting support Customer service (face-to-face, phone, email) Cash handling & finance support Tours and Collections Assistant: Deliver public and private tours in City Hall & grounds Support visitor services, bookings, and enquiries Assist with collections, exhibitions, and displays Admin, IT tasks, and cash handling Support marketing & promotional activities Essential Requirements (Both Roles): 1 year experience in admin or customer-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills IT skills including Microsoft Office Team player with organisational & planning skills Eligible to work in the UK
