The role In the role of Facilities Assistant here at Orbit Group, provide a professional reception service for staff and visitors coming on-site to our Garden Court offices, with occasional cover in our Stratford upon Avon site also. The role will involve day to day Facilities Services including post room operations, stock control, office security systems, reporting repairs, monitoring cleaning standards and maintaining office equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the Orbit offices are maintained in a secure manner to ensure a safe, welcoming experience for customers and employee's. This will be a full-time office based role. This role is part of Regulatory & Governance where you'll help us give colleagues the support and expertise they need to be brilliant. What you'll achieve To provide reception services and to meet and greet visitors coming into the office. To control car park bookings and general car park arrangements. To receive Facilities requests via telephone and email, and signpost for action. To ensure printers and copiers are maintained at all times, fully stocked with consumables, and repairs reported.
