What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Planner, your role is to help organise a major construction project – making sure every detail is mapped out and on schedule. You’ll assist in developing project plans, scheduling construction activities, and tracking progress across works. It’s about ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll learn project‑management skills, scheduling techniques, and coordination methods.
Who we're looking for
For graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
This role involves regular site‑based visits, including travel on‑site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence.
