Salisbury with Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

£35,000 to £45,000 + 23 days annual holiday (+bank holiday) + pension

A great opportunity has come up for a Business Analyst to join us in a newly created role for the organisation. This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their BA career in a truly fantastic, team-based environment. Alternatively it would suit someone who is REALLY keen to learn, can r resilience, has an analytical mind and LOVES process. Training support is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and analyse business processes, highlighting improvement opportunities.
Support workshops and interviews to capture requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment on process changes.
Produce clear process maps and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Assist with testing and acceptance criteria for process changes.
Skills & Experience:
Strong interest in process analysis and optimisation.
Good documentation skills; familiarity with modelling tools (e.g., Visio) would be beneficial NOT essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Beneficial: Experience with Power BI and Power Platform.
