Senior Compliance Manager

A leading global FinTech firm is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support its growing UK business. This is a high-impact role working closely with the SMF16 at the Financial Conduct Authority-regulated entity, with broad exposure across advisory, oversight, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Compliance (SMF16) in the day-to-day management of the compliance function
* Provide generalist compliance advisory across the business, including regulatory change, conduct, and governance
* Ensure ongoing adherence to Financial Conduct Authority rules and expectations
* Assist in maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
* Oversee and mentor junior team members, helping to build a strong compliance culture
* Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on regulatory matters
* Support regulatory engagement, reporting, and audits where required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a generalist compliance role within a regulated financial services or FinTech environment
* Strong working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority rules and UK regulatory frameworks
* Experience supporting or working closely with SMF16/SMF17 functions
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
