Receptionist Location: Central London Salary: Circa £29,000 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 6.00pm We are working with a well-established and highly respected consultancy based in London who are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their busy office on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the business and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. You will sit within the wider Facilities team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The Role: Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome Managing incoming calls and queries, taking clear and accurate messages Coordinating meeting room bookings, including video and conference facilities Arranging refreshments, taxis, couriers and other ad hoc requests Liaising confidently with staff at all levels across the business Supporting general front-of-house and facilities-related tasks Undertaking training to act as a Fire Warden and First Aider About You: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desireable Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Calm, approachable and confident under pressure Proactive and able to use initiative Friendly, personable and a true team player with a “can-do” attitude
