This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing full-service law firm at a pivotal point in their expansion.
An established West Midlands firm are now looking to grow their employment team and appoint a confident, commercially minded solicitor to handle a strong flow of claimant work, including issuing claims and running tribunal matters from start to finish. There’s also the opportunity to get involved in respondent work, particularly advising on business services and corporate transactions.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team with a positive, no-politics culture and strong internal cross-referrals. The role offers a real opportunity to take ownership of a growing department and, in time, step into a Head of Department role. Clear progression structures are already in place.
What they're looking for:
* 5+ years’PQE in Employment Law
* Solid experience issuing claims and handling tribunal matters
* Ambition to lead and grow a team
* Strong commercial awareness and belief in the firm’s long-term vision
