Main duties of the job
To support the safe use of medicines in Care Homes and improve medicines management
To support training needs in Care Homes and produce learning materials
To facilitate seamless access to medications for care home residents across various health services:
To support the Care Home Pharmacist with the provision of clinical reviews for Care home Residents:
Facilitate the use of ONPOS in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB)
To promote high-quality, cost-effective prescribing
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
