Job Description
3. Assist sales representatives with their daily duties and goals.
4. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and filing important documents.
5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
6. Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support.
7. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
8. Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events.
9. Ensure adherence to laws and policies relating to sales operations.
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
11. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
12. Good computer skills (MS Office).
13. Proficiency in English.
14. Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
16. A team player with high level of dedication.
