This specialist setting supports children and young people aged 2–19, creating an environment where every learner is encouraged, supported and celebrated. What you’ll be doing: - Supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs - Creating a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment - Encouraging confidence, independence and social development - Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver tailored support - Celebrating every achievement — big or small We’d love to hear from you if you: - Have experience supporting children or young people, ideally within education or SEND - Understand the importance of inclusive practice and personalised support - Are calm, patient, empathetic and adaptable - Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff - Are passionate about making a meaningful difference in young people’s lives Experience supporting pupils with autism, complex needs or communication difficulties would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of alternative or augmentative communication methods is also a big advantage. Additional training such as safeguarding, first aid or positive behaviour support is welcomed.
