This role will help us to do this by supporting the organisation’s growth ambitions by assisting with the delivery of our regeneration projects, whilst providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for
* To support IVH’s growth ambitions by assisting the growth & development team with project delivery.
* Work across multiple projects ranging from estate regeneration, large scale developments and small infill opportunities.
* Conduct regular liaison with customers and other interested parties before, during and after works.
* Prepare community project briefs and procurement documents in accordance with our policies and procedures and to meet Homes England audit requirements.
* To prepare robust and well thought out business cases for regeneration projects.
* To prepare bids for funding for community projects.
We need people who are / have:
* Experience of working with customers and community groups
* Experience of developing partnerships and delivering projects with agencies, local authorities and community groups
* Experience of partnering and working collaboratively to develop successful relationships
* IT literate including Microsoft Office 365
* Knowledge of good practice principles of customer and community engagement ü interview
* Knowledge of project management principles and performance monitoring
A Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes is required.
