Our client, a successful and growing SME, are looking for an experienced customer service candidate to join their friendly office in Welwyn Garden City.
Working alongside a team of two, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service to clients across a variety of sectors, scheduling engineers for installations and maintenance jobs, and keeping all records up to date.
This role is fully office-based.

Key responsibilities:
· Arranging all site visits to clients, liaising with a team of engineers to schedule appropriately
· Plan required works by geographical area, utilising the available workforce in the most efficient manner
· Update all works on weekly planner, booking and allocating jobs as required
· Maximise new business potential at every opportunity including cross-selling products and services with customers when appropriate
· Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, identifying trends, recommending system improvements
What the employer is looking for:
· At least 1-3 years within a similar busy customer service role
· Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach to work
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Good planning, organisational and time management skills
· Great attention to detail and commitment to task completion
· Ability to use initiative and exercise judgement in a wide range of situations
· Strong commercial awareness
· Driver preferred
