An influential intergovernmental organisation is seeking a proactive and highly organised Programme Assistant to join its dynamic Communications Division at its central London headquarters.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the division’s programmes, providing essential administrative and logistical support that helps the team achieve its strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day coordination and operational support, including:
* Managing busy Outlook calendars and scheduling meetings
* Processing and reconciling invoices and payments
* Organising meetings and events, including all logistical arrangements
* Taking clear, accurate meeting minutes
* Coordinating travel and accommodation
* Managing consultants’ contracts and providing budget-related information
* Responding to internal and external queries
* Maintaining records and documentation on SharePoint
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or programme support role
* Strong diary management and minute‑taking skills
* Familiarity with financial processes and procedures
* Experience coordinating logistics for meetings or events
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* The ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international setting
