Your new roleAs a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of site equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, on-site position working on a rotating shift pattern.The role has an electrical bias but requires a flexible, multi-skilled engineering approach. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and installation work, supporting production operations and minimising downtime.Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you will be expected to take ownership of tasks from day one, contributing to planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and improvement projects.
