Salary: Grade 5, £27,715 - £29,578 per annum, pro rata. Approximately £19,209 - £20,500 per annum (0.69309 FTE) About us and the role Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)? In this role, you will work under the direction and within an agreed system of supervision from a qualified teacher, supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities for individuals, groups, and whole classes. You will deliver high-quality learning opportunities, including covering PPA time, and will play a key role in advancing pupils’ learning across the curriculum. You will have a strong understanding of the HLTA standards, excellent behaviour management skills, and the ability to inspire, motivate, and promote the inclusion of all pupils. HLTA status or equivalent qualification or experience.
