Compensation
$23-30/hr DOE
What You'll Be Doing
* Support employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness plans
* Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims questions
* Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure payroll deductions are correct
* Verify monthly insurance billing and track premiums, claims, and costs
* Administer COBRA and coordinate with carrier representatives
* Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims documentation
* Ensure required employee benefit notices and reporting are completed
What You'll Need to be Considered
* Working knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including HIPAA
* Experience administering COBRA and coordinating with insurance carriers
* Ability to manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims
* Comfort operating in a compliance-heavy, fast-changing environment
* Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
