Isio’s Consulting Team, part of our wider Actuarial & Consulting team, consists of over 400 pensions consultants and actuaries advising a diverse range of clients.
Our consultants lead strategic advice on pension schemes, navigating complex regulations, coordinating trustee boards, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery.
What’s the role?
As a challenger in the industry, we seek individuals with excellent pension consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Day to day you will be:
* Supporting the delivery of advice to clients – managing key client projects directly and/or supporting partners and directors.
* Involved in the technical aspects of projects, building relationships with clients and developing those around you.
* Assisting in the development of new business with existing and new clients.
Opportunities to engage in various areas of pensions consulting across the Consulting Team.
Key skills and experience
* Experience as a pensions consultant, secretary or in‑house pensions manager with relevant industry experience; actuarial / PMI qualifications useful but not required.
* Excellent communicator – able to explain complex problems simply.
* Enthusiasm and motivation to solve problems and deliver excellent advice.
* Excellent project management and client delivery skills.
* Strong team worker – experience managing a team or working collaboratively.
* Commercial skills to develop business and seek new opportunities.
