Salt are seeking an experienced Freelance Procurement Comms Analyst to support one of our leading FMCG Clients on a short term, 3-4 month contract role working to effectively manage and communicate procurement activities, edit and deliver internal and external corporate communications and support their team leads to develop robust change plans, deliver key messages and engaging content aligned to their communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance understanding and engagement of procurement activities within the organisation.
2. Create and distribute internal communications, including reports, newsletters, presentations, and updates.
3. Collaborate with procurement and other departments to gather relevant data and ensure accurate and timely communication.
4. Analyse data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Prepare and present detailed reports on internal performance, supplier relationships, and cost-saving initiatives.
6. Assist in the development of training materials.
7. Manage internal and external communications related to policies, procedures, and updates.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all communications.
Key Skills:
9. Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst, Corporate Communications Analyst, or in a similar role.
10. Experienced in delivering Global level comms. Previous roles within multinational companies will be favourable.
11. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
12. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex procurement data.
13. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
