As a Content Producer, you'll research, design, and deliver high-quality, insight-driven programmes for RICS conferences in UK markets.
You'll manage the end-to-end content development process—from research and validation to speaker briefing and on-site delivery—in collaboration with market teams and event specialists. Your works will ensure agendas are relevant, engaging, and reflect industry priorities, regulatory developments, and member needs.
What You'll Do:
⦁ Conduct research and market testing to validate themes and topics using customer insight.
⦁ Engage with industry experts, stakeholders, and market teams to shape event agendas.
⦁ Identify, contract, and brief speakers, trainers, and writers.
⦁ Coordinate speaker briefings and manage presentation timelines.
⦁ Work with Event Specialists and product leads to adapt programmes for UK audiences.
⦁ Attend events to oversee programme execution and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
⦁ Ensure deadlines and customer satisfaction targets are met.
You'll be a creative thinker with a passion for delivering impactful, insight-driven event content. You thrive on collaboration, have strong organisational skills, and enjoy engaging with diverse stakeholders.
⦁ Experience in event content production, including agenda design and speaker management.
⦁ Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant themes and topics.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, organised approach.
⦁ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
⦁ Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual event tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
⦁ Basic understanding of data analytics tools for evaluating event feedback.
