Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in one of our 5 offices located around Birmingham. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 08:45am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00am - 16:00pm with a day off in lieu in return. The basic salary ranges from £20,000 - £22,000, with a genuine and realistic OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
1. Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
2. Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
3. Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
