The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a varied project portfolio — from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and completion.
Responsibilities Include
* Liaising with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.
* Producing detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports.
* Providing structural surveying and planning advice.
* Managing communication with clients throughout each project.
* Maintaining company standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.
* Working on residential and commercial schemes from concept to construction.
* Supporting junior engineers with ambition to take on a more managerial role.
About You
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
* Competent in AutoCAD and Tekla (experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow beneficial but not essential).
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Strong report writing and presentation skills.
* Proactive and capable of managing workload with minimal supervision.
* Some experience in managing/mentoring junior team members.
