Overview
We are seeking dedicated, qualified Early Years Educators to join our nursery team. The ideal candidates will have an early years level 3 qualification, though level two qualified with the intention to progress to level three may be considered. Candidates must have a genuine passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development
- Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care
Skills
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners
- A proactive approach with the drive to continuously improve practices in early childhood education
- Ofsted recognised qualifications in Nursery Nursing or Early Childhood Education are essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £8.00-£12.21 per hour
