This role is to cover across our sites in West Yorkshire to include Huddersfield, Halifax, Batley, Keighley, Bradford, Leeds & Wakefield and also Nottingham. You can be based from one of our offices within West Yorkshire, but this role will involve travel across the region to support 7 staff. Reporting into the Head of Community Partnerships this role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Community Partnership Network strategy, designed for the local CPA. Works closely with Operational Manager(s), and senior colleagues to minimise duplication of effort (thereby maximising funding existing funding streams), and ensure targets, processes and objectives are aligned. Community Partnership Network Managing the Community Partnership Network to ensure local community-embedded specialists to provide, products and services that are funded and non-funded are engaged. Analyse added value impact of funded provisions to maximum Job Outcome performance throughout the CPA Manage internal stakeholder engagement to continuously improve provision throughout the CPA in line with Labour Market demands and opportunities. Social Value Commitments Work closely with Social Value Managers throughout the wider business to support our national commitments strategy. Promotion and communication of Social Value within the CPA and our Community Partnership Network To oversee the collation of accurate forecasting, performance data, and partnership feedback to support the Service Delivery Director, and other internal colleagues. Compliance: Ensure the Partnership team maintains a clear audit trail the recording activity/performance within our CRM, and other MAXIMUS systems Ensure compliance with MAXIMUS policies and procedures, so as to achieve nil compliance issues from audit Ensure the Partnership team comply with security practice to ensure participant/partnership data is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and in line with GDPR Performance & Team Work: Achieve individual and team targets to support wider MAXIMUS success. Close working with internal and external colleagues to ensure maximum return Support new staff through work shadowing, buddying or generally being on hand to answer questions and provide assistance Qualifications & Experience Significant line management experience, inc management of remote teams Demonstrable influencing skills that promote commitment and action. Demonstrable experience of implementing and managing a similar service Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding targets Extensive experience of developing, and maintaining partnership relationships (internal and external) Ability to travel independently within an agreed geography Individual Competencies Forward thinker with the ability to quickly identify and address challenges.
