Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, values humour and connection, and can support a young man to live life with confidence, positivity and fun? Our client seeks dedicated, calm, and emotionally intelligent support workers for an adult male with the long‑term effects of a hypoxic brain injury, autism and other complex health needs. Full role‑specific training will be provided. The focus is to provide consistent, person‑centred support, maintain dignity and wellbeing, and respond attentively to verbal and non‑verbal communication.
The gentleman you will be caring for is a very social individual in his mid‑20s with a great sense of humour. He enjoys community outings, comedy nights, live music events, and gaming. We look for support workers who can engage in friendly banter, remain calm and encouraging, and help him live a full and active lifestyle.
