The role will oversee two specialist operational facilities located close to the company's main manufacturing site, including a modern powder coating operation alongside logistics, kitting and light assembly activities. You will lead approximately 40 staff across both sites with the support of Production Supervisors and will take ownership for productivity, operational performance and on-time delivery.
