I'm working with an ambitious, fast-growing online business looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead retail media and supplier brand partnerships strategy.
This is a high-impact role focused on building brands in collaboration with suppliers.
Working closely with suppliers to co-create campaigns that enhance brand visibility, improve customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams. This is a blend of strategy, relationship management, and hands-on delivery in a true omnichannel retail environment.
MUST HAVE;
* Proven experience in retail media, brand partnerships, or trade marketing
* Strong commercial mindset with experience generating revenue through supplier investment
* Drive strategic growth by evaluating campaign performance and translating complex ROI, engagement, and conversion data into actionable business insights-
* Ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action
* Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building something and driving it forward
