About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our clients team in the furniture manufacturing industry. In this role, you will use CNC machinery to produce precision components for high-quality furniture. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional products. This vacancy is a full time, night role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machines to produce furniture components to exact specifications.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings and designs specific to furniture manufacturing.
3. Program, set up, and maintain CNC machinery for efficient production.
4. Perform quality control checks to ensure components meet design standards and tolerances.
5. Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes and achieve excellent results.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
About You:
1. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally within the furniture manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and furniture designs.
3. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
4. The ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure high-quality outputs.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
