Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading engineering and service organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital role in supporting the engineering and service departments by managing day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
* Act as the first point of contact for all customer service queries.
* Schedule jobs and monitor progress of engineers' assignments.
* Maintain accurate records of service work and installations.
* Order consumables such as toner and ensure stock levels are maintained.
* Manage parts inventory, including regular stock takes and reordering.
* Arrange timely dispatch of goods to clients and field engineers.
* Coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
* Support invoicing, filing, and general administrative tasks as required.
