Role Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
14. Be able to contribute to the planning and preparation of resources as directed by the SaLT and OT team.
15. To carry out regular group and/or 1:1 therapy sessions with students in a range of environments.
16. To contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of interventions implemented by the SaLT and OT team.
17. To complete in-person audits when required.
18. To model communication aids to staff and students ensuring to advocate for their use.
19. To regularly feedback to designated therapist within the clinical team.
20. To maintain adequate records in line with policies and guidelines.
21. To maintain databases with direction from the clinical team.
Administration Duties
22. To participate in the process of ordering materials and equipment.
23. To take responsibility for the safe storage, provision, use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
24. To contribute to the maintenance of clinical records & data analysis.
25. Performs clerical duties within the department, including maintenance of client files and records under the direction of the therapist.
26. To carry out other administrative tasks in relation to the service as required.
27. To maintain stationary stocks.
28. Archive student’s files as required.
29. Support the team in pursuing outstanding paperwork.
30. Maintenance of the shared work drive.
31. Filing, scanning and photocopying as required.
32. Minute taking.
33. To schedule meetings and coordinate attendance as requested.
34. Answering the phone and directing queries.
Role Requirements
35. Proficient IT skills.
36. Experience of creating and maintaining databases using excel.
37. The ability to use Excel to present data in excel using appropriate graphs and tables. Experience of minute taking.
38. Experience of using programmes such as Outlook to coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.
