Overview
Publicis Groupe is seeking a strategic and creative Influencer Strategy Lead to join our bespoke agency team for a globally recognized client with iconic brands spanning Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition. This is a rare opportunity to partner with household-name brands on their marketing transformation journey - blending strategy, creativity, data, and technology within our Power of One model, which integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to deliver end-to-end PESO experiences. You'll play a pivotal role within the Publicis Next Era (PNE) Hub, leading influencer and social strategy across markets, driving innovation, and ensuring best-in-class delivery. Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for influencer-related client briefs across Petcare brands.
* Translate client business and marketing objectives into actionable influencer and social strategies that drive measurable impact.
* Integrate Social & Influencer (S&I) strategy into AEP/ICP processes, ensuring alignment with broader brand and media strategies.
* Oversee the quality and consistency of strategic outputs, ensuring all recommendations are insight-driven and brand-aligned.
* Lead an agile, cross-functional process involving strategy, creative, and activation teams.
* Ensure influencer and partnership content is built around clear KPIs - driving business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
* Partner closely with media, data, and content production teams to ensure strategic coherence across the PESO ecosystem.
* Lead research into emerging content, influencer, and partnership trends to shape forward-thinking plans.
* Use analytics, benchmarking, and social listening to inform and evaluate influencer strategies.
* Identify growth opportunities for clients through new formats, platforms, or creative partnerships.
* Manage and mentor a small team (1-2 Executives/Graduates and 1 Manager), supporting their professional development and progression.
* Foster collaboration across teams and markets to share knowledge and best practices.
* Contribute to new business and organic growth initiatives through strategic input and client presentations.
* Champion innovation and thought leadership within the influencer and social ecosystem.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in influencer marketing strategy (agency experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of digital media, content ecosystems, and performance metrics.
* Skilled in strategic thinking, storytelling, and client communication at senior levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market projects with tight deadlines.
* Experienced in using data, analytics, and social insights to shape creative strategy.
* Confident leader and mentor with a track record of developing junior team members.
