Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and deliver projects. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. Offer remote and onsite support across UK and EMEA locations. What we’re looking for: A genuine interest in IT and problem-solving. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with PC/Laptop setup and troubleshooting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to explain technical issues clearly. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
