Working closely with our Key Account Manager, you’ll be the go‑to expert for our group businesses—championing cardfactory products, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring partners have everything they need to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing As our Account Manager, you’ll work closely with all our group businesses to keep our global wholesale offer strong, consistent, and full of opportunity. You’ll build and manage our product portfolios, making sure each range meets the needs of our global markets, while using visual merchandising tools to bring these ranges to life and support confident decision‑making. You’ll coordinate market research and competitor analysis to spot gaps, trends, and exciting new opportunities, and you’ll lead continuous improvement projects that strengthen how we work together across the group. Alongside this, you’ll ensure product information is complete, accurate, and delivered on time for our partners, while keeping critical paths aligned and clearly communicated across all businesses to maximise efficiency and collaboration. Essential Skills A self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging teams at all levels. Strong computer literacy, including essential skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. A positive, proactive attitude, with enthusiasm to take on new challenges and shape your own role. Effective change management skills, thriving in evolving environments. Strong influencing and negotiation abilities, building alignment across diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyse data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Desirable Skills Experience working with card or gifting products.
