The Role: Supporting students with Autism across various year groups. Working 1:1 and in small groups to help children access the curriculum. Promoting communication, independence, and emotional regulation. Assisting with sensory needs and behavior strategies. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver personalized support. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with Autism. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable nature. A good understanding of SEN and strategies to support ASD. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. A valid Enhanced DBS Adult and Child (or willingness to obtain one). Ideal for: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants. Psychology or education graduates with a passion for autism support.
