We’re offering a 4 year Engineering Apprenticeship with hands‑on training and a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification, through West Suffolk College. You’ll work 40 hours per week, including one day of college release.
Responsibilities
* Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns
* Monitor and maintain plant and key service equipment
* Conduct planned maintenance tasks
* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues
Qualifications
* A logical, detail‑oriented mindset for solving problems
* Ability to stay calm and think on your feet under pressure
* Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship
* 5 GCSEs (grades 9-5/A-C), including Maths and English, or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalents
