Service Advisor- Motor Industry Nottinghamshire Up to £38k DOE Bonus | Full Time | Permanent A well-established business in themotor industry is looking for a customer-focusedService Advisorto join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers, managing everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email Book servicing and repairs for vehicles Liaise with workshop staff and keep customers informed throughout the process Prepare invoices and process customer payments Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate Ideal Candidate Experience in a service advisor or customer service role (motor trade orvehicleindustry preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration Friendly, professional, and a great team player Interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential If you are looking for an environment where you can have real impact and influence and enjoy working with people this is a great role and environment to grow and develop your career and experiences further.
