Overview
Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money Catterick Garrison. This role is part of Tesco Travel Money and is on-site in a Tesco retail store. Thousands of customers will visit daily, with many seeking guidance on foreign exchange. We are seeking a natural leader who can galvanise a team and mentor others to deliver an exceptional customer and buying experience.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours per week: 37.5
Salary: £27,495
Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on the team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver the best possible customer experience
* Nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of service with the best training available
* Review customer feedback and service levels to implement processes that improve outputs and achieve objectives
* Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
* Deliver on key performance goals (procedural, operational, and customer-focused)
* Process daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail
* Adhere to legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards

Interview process
* Step 1 – Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers
* Step 2 – Online interview with Talent Acquisition Partner, including a numerical/accuracy test
* Step 3 – On-site bureau visit to meet the Area Manager and discuss day-to-day responsibilities
* Step 4 – Offer if successful; if unsuccessful, feedback will be provided
