We are looking for confident, hands-on Food &
Beverage Team Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional
service while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
This is a key role within our venues, where you will take
ownership of shifts, lead by example and ensure every guest receives a
welcoming, efficient and memorable experience.

smoothly.

guest experiences and supporting your team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead
shifts within the venue, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe operations
* Deliver
exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience
* Support,
coach and motivate team members to maintain high performance and
confidence
* Deliver
daily briefings and ensure the team understands priorities and
expectations
* Handle
guest queries or concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating
where required
* Oversee
till operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash-handling
procedures
* Monitor
stock levels and communicate shortages or requirements promptly
* Ensure
food and drink service standards, presentation and speed of service are
consistently met
* Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all
areas
* Support
opening and closing procedures, ensuring full compliance and readiness
* Ensure
full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and company policies
* Carry
out safety checks and report or resolve any risks or hazards
* Support
people processes by providing feedback and escalating performance or
conduct concerns appropriately
Experience & Skills
Essential:
* Previous
experience in hospitality, food & beverage or a customer-facing
environment
* Strong
communication and teamwork skills
* Ability
to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions
* Good
understanding of service standards and guest expectations
Desirable:
* Previous
experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
* Experience
with POS systems and cash handling
* Food
Hygiene Level 2 or allergen awareness (or willingness to obtain)
Safeguarding & Compliance
This role requires full compliance with food safety, health
& safety, safeguarding and licensing standards.
Hours of Work
Our Food & Beverage venues operate across days, evenings
and weekends, including peak holiday periods.
Flexibility to work variable shifts is essential.
